Third generation and woman owned we were founded in 1954 by Jane Cassady. We are proud to be the only locally owned and operated answering service in Monterey County and are grateful to serve businesses in our local community, Santa Cruz County, the Bay Area and throughout California for 70 years. We started off as a small two woman team in a dining room with a switchboard back in 1954.
