Third generation and woman owned we were founded in 1954 by Jane Cassady. We are proud to be the only locally owned and operated answering service in Monterey County and are grateful to serve businesses in our local community, Santa Cruz County, the Bay Area and throughout California for 70 years. Purposefully small but dedicated to quality we are boutique service offering a personalized experience to our clients. We started off as a small two woman team in a dining room with a switchboard back in 1954. Now we are 14 people strong and offer 24/7 dedicated live customer service agents in our Salinas, California office. As our business has grown our values have not.
