Founded in 1954 by Jane Cassady we are proud to be the only locally owned and operated virtual receptionist in Monterey County. Serving all of Monterey County and throughout California for 70 years we are purposefully small but dedicated to quality. A boutique service we offer a personalized experience with a limited number of clients and get to know you and your specific business needs. We are here to answer you phones 24/7 and 365 days a year.

We started off as a small two woman team in a dining room with a switchboard back in 1954. Now we are 15 people strong and offer 24/7 dedicated live operators in our Salinas, California office.
